Delivery Area and Shipping Time

We ship worldwide EXCEPT India, South America and Africa.

Shipping Cost: Free

Shipping Time: 7-14 days

We make every effort to ship orders in 3-7days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped in the following business days. The shipments may delay if you order the CUSTOM SCALES since we need more time to hand-make and prepare the instruments ready for dispatch. You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. We will always keep you up with tracking information updates via emails.

Notice: We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We will contact you for an alternative address. If we do not receive your reply within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping time is calculated starting from the time when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, rather than from the time of order placing. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other similar reasons, may increase the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Couriers

Most shipments are sent via UPS and EMS (China Post). We may also use DHL express, USPS, FedEx and Amanzon Logistics.

When your order is shipped, you can find your tracking number in your “order status page”. You can track your package using that number on corresponding shipping providers' websites.

Meanwhile, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain the tracking number. You can click the tracking button or type the tracking number into https://suttayamusic.aftership.com/ to check the status of your order.

  • What if the tracking infomation is not updated?

Tracking infomation of your order can take around 24-72 hours to be updated by the couriers. UPS label was created stating that your order is in transit. The following tracking information will be updated online only after customs clearance for international packages shipped by UPS. Please wait patiently for later updates.

  • What if the shipping status shows “Failed attempt” or “Return to sender”?

Please contact local couriers company for another attempt and detailed information.

  • What if you still don’t receive your package after order status showing “Delivered”?

International Taxes and Customs Duties

The displayed product prices do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. Customs regulations and import fees are the responsibility of the customer to research and pay. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping couriers and all duties/fees incurred during shipping. If the package is shipped back because of the failure of custom duties/taxes payment, we have no responsibility to refund the order.

Other Issues and Questions

Due to the customs restriction of importing plant products in Australia, we do not accept orders from Australia for wooden products in order to ensure the timeliness of delivery. Gifts sent to Australia also do not contain wooden products. Your understanding is appreciated.
